How to Use (Important):

Start small. Build up. Stay hydrated.

Start with 1 teaspoon (about 5g) mixed into water, juice, a smoothie, or yogurt. Increase to 1-2 tablespoons over 1-2 weeks as your body adjusts. Drink at least 2 liters of water daily - the fiber absorbs up to 8x its weight in water, which is what creates the bulking and satiety effect. Most people find their ideal daily dose between 10-30g. Do not exceed 40g per day without medical guidance.

Note: Clinical studies observed no negative physical side effects during sugar beet fiber intake at doses ranging from 7g to 50g per day. However, individual responses may vary.

Ingredients:

100% pure sugar beet fiber, naturally delivering both soluble and insoluble fiber in every serving. Each 10g serving provides 7.3g of dietary fiber - including natural low-esterified pectin (20%+), cellulose, and hemicellulose - in nature's own 1:2 soluble-to-insoluble ratio. Clinically studied to increase faecal bulk, support healthy cholesterol levels, and help maintain normal blood glucose response after meals. The non-lignified cell wall structure absorbs 7-8x its weight in water, promoting satiety, regularity, and gentle prebiotic action throughout the entire digestive tract.*

what people are saying

The beetwell Fiber Protocol

build your fiber intake the correct way.

A gentle 4 - week roadmap to closing your daily fiber gap - without overwhelming your gut*

Title

What is your starting point?

Under 10g fiber a day. Mostly processed foods, little produce.

Week One - Introduce

1-2 tsp
~ 12-15g fiber

Days 1–3: Stir 1 teaspoon of BeetWell (~3.35g of fiber) into an 8oz glass of water. Drink it in the morning with breakfast.

Days 4–7: If you feel comfortable — no significant bloating, no discomfort — add a second teaspoon with a second 8oz glass of water at a different meal (lunch or dinner). If you don't feel ready, stay on one teaspoon for the full week.

Hydration matters more than usual this week. Fiber pulls water into your gut, so an extra glass of water in the day is essential.

Week Two - Build

2tsp
~ 17g fiber

Two teaspoons of BeetWell (~6.7g of fiber) every day. Take them split across the day — one in the morning with 8oz of water, one with a later meal in an 8oz glass of water.

Splitting the dose is easier on your gut than taking both at once. Less fiber arriving in your colon at the same moment means less gas production at the same moment.

If you noticed any mild bloating last week, it should be settling now. If it's still uncomfortable, stay on one teaspoon for another week — there's no rush.

Week Three - Settle

1 tbsp
~ 22g fiber

One full tablespoon of BeetWell daily — 10g of fiber. Your microbiome has had two weeks to adapt and should handle this comfortably.

You can take it all at once in an 8oz glass of water with breakfast, or keep splitting it (2 tsp morning + 1 tsp evening) if you prefer the gentler approach. Both work.

This is the dose you'll stay on long-term. The remaining fiber to hit your target should come from food, not more powder. Pick one small daily upgrade — berries on yogurt, beans in a salad, an apple as a snack.

Week Four - Sustain

1 tbsp
~ 25g+ fiber

One tablespoon, every day. Pair it with a fiber-aware diet — one piece of fruit, one cup of vegetables, one serving of beans or whole grains across your day gets most people to 25–30g without overthinking it.

This is now a daily routine, not a protocol. The goal from here is consistency, not escalation.

Men aiming for 38g/day: add a second fiber-rich meal component (½ cup of lentils, ½ avocado, or a serving of oats).

10–18g of fiber a day. Some fruit and veg, but inconsistent.

Week One - Introduce

2 tsp
~ 20g fiber

Two teaspoons of BeetWell (~6.7g of fiber) every day. You can take them together in 8oz of water with breakfast, or split them across two meals — whichever feels better.

Splitting tends to be gentler on the gut. Together is more convenient. Both are fine.

Add an extra glass of water somewhere in the day. Don't change anything else about your diet this week. The goal is to add, not overhaul.

Week Two - Build

1 tbsp
~ 24g fiber

Move to a full tablespoon daily — 10g of fiber — stirred into 8oz of water, a smoothie, or yogurt. Keep taking it with a meal.

If you experience mild bloating or gas in the first few days, stay consistent — most people find it settles within 5–7 days. If it persists, drop back to two teaspoons and stay there another week.

You're now within striking distance of the daily target. The remaining 1–6g should come from food.

Week Three - Settle

1 tbsp
~ 25g+ fiber

One tablespoon. This is now your daily baseline.

Pick one daily food upgrade that adds 3–5g of fiber: a piece of fruit with breakfast, beans on your salad, berries in your yogurt, or a slice of whole grain bread instead of white.

Most women will be at 25g/day by the end of this week. Men aiming for 38g should add a second food upgrade.

Week Four - Sustain

1 tbsp
~ 25g+ fiber

One tablespoon daily, indefinitely. The protocol is now a habit - not a project.

If you have a high-fiber day (lots of beans, berries, oats), you don't need to skip your tablespoon. The body comfortably handles 35–40g/day for most people.

If you ever stop for a week (travel, illness), restart at two teaspoons for 3 days before going back to a full tablespoon.

18–23g a day. Regular fiber eater, just short of target.

Week One - Introduce

1 tbsp
~ 30g fiber

One full tablespoon daily - 10g of fiber - in 8oz of water with breakfast or your first meal of the day.

You're already eating a fiber-aware diet, so adding 10g puts you comfortably over the 25g target. If you're a man targeting 38g, this brings you close to range as well.

If you experience mild bloating in the first few days, drop to two teaspoons for 3-4 days, then move back up. This is rare for your group but possible.

Week Two - Build

1 tbsp
~ 30g fiber

One tablespoon, same time every day. The goal of this week is to attach it to an existing habit - coffee, breakfast, your first glass of water - so it sticks.

If you've been mixing it in water and don't love the texture, this is the week to try it in yogurt, oatmeal, or a smoothie instead.

Week Three - Optimize

1 tbsp
~ 30g+ fiber

Same tablespoon. This week, pay attention to which days you fall short on fiber from food alone - usually weekends, travel days, or busy work stretches.

BeetWell's role on those days becomes more important: it's the floor that keeps you from dropping back below 20g.

Men targeting 38g/day: this is the week to add a high-fiber dinner component (lentils, beans, or oats-based dishes) to close the rest of the gap.

Week Four - Sustain

1 tbsp
~ 30g+ fiber

One tablespoon daily. The protocol is complete - what remains is the daily habit.

Most people in this group find BeetWell becomes the insurance policy: it ensures you hit your daily target even on the days your diet doesn't cooperate.

Restart at two teaspoons for 3 days after any break (travel, illness, antibiotics) before going back to a full tablespoon.

SO WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU TAKE IT?

Step 1:

Soluble fiber (pectin) forms a viscous gel

The natural pectin dissolves and creates viscosity in your small intestine. This slows the absorption of sugars and cholesterol — the same mechanism a GI doctor would describe as ideal for metabolic health.

Step 2:

Insoluble fiber adds bulk and accelerates transit

The coarse, non-lignified plant cells absorb 7–8x their weight in water. This creates the physical bulk your intestines need to move things through efficiently. Unlike fine-ground powders, the particle size actually matters — coarser fiber is more effective for regularity.

Step 3:

Fermentation feeds your microbiome

As soluble components reach the colon, beneficial bacteria ferment them — producing short-chain fatty acids that nourish your gut lining and support immune function. This is the prebiotic effect that engineered blends try to replicate with six ingredients.

clinically studied and verified since 1990

Giacosa et al, 1990

85% of constipated patients achieved normal bowel function after 30 days on 7g/day of sugar beet fiber.

frequently asked questions

Sugar beet - is that the same as the red beets I cook with?

No. Sugar beet and the red table beet you roast are different cultivars of the same species. Sugar beets are large, cream-colored roots grown for the sugar they contain. The fiber that remains after the sugar is extracted is what goes into this pouch - naturally light in color, neutral in flavor, and a cleaner fiber source than most people realize exists.

How is BeetWell different from other prebiotics?

Most fiber products on the market are isolated extracts - inulin pulled from chicory root, psyllium husk from a seed, oat fiber from cereal hulls. Each gives you one type of fiber. BeetWell is different in two ways. First, it's the fiber from sugar beet root milled whole, so it arrives with both soluble and insoluble fractions already in a naturally occurring 1:2 ratio - closer to what you'd get from a varied whole-food diet than from any single isolate. Second, sugar beet fiber naturally contains about 20% pectin from the plant's cell wall, which is unusual among everyday fiber sources. The label has one ingredient: sugar beet fiber. No flavoring, no sweetener, no filler.

How do I take BeetWell?

For best results refer to the protocol. You can take it in teaspoons if you are starting and tablespoons based on your existing fiber intake. Just stirr it into water, milk, or any beverage, once a day, in the proportions of your taste preferences. You can also fold it into yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, soups, pancake batter, or baked goods. The flavor is mild and neutral, so it doesn't change how things taste. If you're new to added fiber, start with a half scoop for the first three to five days and drink an extra glass of water while your body adjusts to the increase.

When will I feel results?

BeetWell is food, not medication, so it works on the timeline that food works on. Most people get used to having it in their daily routine within the first week. What matters more than any single day is consistency - fiber does its job when it's part of how you eat, day after day, alongside enough water and a varied diet. Individual experiences vary depending on what your diet already looks like.

Is Beetwell safe for daily use?

Yes - dietary fiber is meant for daily intake. The USDA recommends 25-38 grams of fiber per day for adults, and the average American gets only about 15. BeetWell contains nothing but sugar beet fiber: no additives, no sweeteners, no stimulants, no fillers. The standard guidance for any added fiber applies here too - start with a smaller serving if you're not used to fiber-rich foods, drink plenty of water through the day, and check with your healthcare provider if you have a specific medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take prescription medications.

Can I take BeetWell with other supplements?

It is not only safe, but so beneficial for you. Just make sure that you are mindful about the fiber intake outside of BeetWell and drink water for maximum results.
